Villa Grandfather’s Courtyard is a luxury villa situated in a quiet rural place Stankovci, in Zadar county, 24 km away from the City of Sibenik and 12 km away from the beautiful beaches in Pirovac, where the scent of the sea mixes with the scent of Mediterranean plants.
This 2-bedroom Villa (87 m2) consists of two floors which can accomodate up to 6 people. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms for 4 persons and there is additional sofa bed on the ground floor that can accommodate 2 more guests.
Holiday house is situated at a peaceful and sunny location with a large courtyard dominated by a heated pool, barbecue, wooden armor with table and benches and an old tree where you can hide from the sun during the day.
Outside of the fenced courtyard there is a private area of about 3.000 m2 with 2 parking places, children’s playground, basket for basketball and 2.500 m2 olive grove with a view over the green plains of Ravni kotari.
You can drive to the nearest beaches in Pirovac (12 km) in approx. 15 minutes. There are many coastal tourist destinations in the vicinity like Vodice (20 km) and Biograd (28 km). If you take a day trip, you may visit the beautiful city of Sibenik (24 km) and Zadar (50 km) and you can enjoy the historical and cultural sights.
This location is an ideal starting point for visiting the natural beauties of this area, such as national parks Krka Waterfalls or the Kornati Islands, and the Vrana Lake Nature Park. We also recommend a visit to the beautiful islands of the Sibenik and Zadar archipelago: Murter, Dugi Otok, Pašman, Ugljan, Zlarin, Prvić, Žirje i Krapanj.
In Ravni kotari you may also explore many antique villages, historical Roman monuments as well as preserved medieval towns. Then head back to your beautiful holiday home and relax in the peace of untouched nature.

The open-air , secluded swimming pool is 150 cm deep, of an oval shape, equipped with two LED pool lights allong the edge of the pool, perfect for romantic moments and relaxation. Close to the pool there is an outdoor solar shower.
This beautiful villa provides its guests with peace and privacy with the view of the green plains and olive trees.
When you feel energized and relaxed, go for a walk. Guests can enjoy a walk through the orchard and olive grove which is in the field below the house and has about 2.500 m2. If you bring your children and your pet you can have long walks, enjoy the nature and have fun enjoying the clean air and untouched nature.
The Mediterranean sun shines on the gentle valleys among the rocky hills of Ravni kotari for almost 3,000 hours a year, so when the sun comes down you will have the opportunity to enjoy the magnificient sunset in the green fields.
Layout of the ground floor of the house offers a spacious living room with sofa bed for 2 person, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. There is an open concept kitchen (an oven, a dishwasher, 4 cooktops in glass-ceramics, fridge with a 30 l freezer, coffee machine, a kettle, toaster and kitchen towels). Living room/dining room with a table and chairs is equipped with a flat screen TV set with a satellite receiver, SMART TV and Internet (free WiFi), bathroom with bathtub/toilet, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, extra toilet, air conditioning, washing maschine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, detergents for cleaning, dishwashing and laundry, cleaning supplies, first aid and safe deposit locker.
