The minimum stay is 7 nights, with check-in and check-out from Saturday to Saturday. Discounts may be granted upon agreement with the guest.

Tourist tax, as well as the costs of electricity, water, gas and heating, are included in the rental price. Children aged 12–18 pay 50% of the tourist tax, while children under 12 are exempt from paying the tourist tax.

The tourist tax for both main and extra beds is included in the price.

The household pays a flat-rate tourist tax for 4 main beds + 2 extra beds in the designated category.

A perfect place to relax. Completely newly renovated house with a beautiful swimming pool, a covered wooden table and benches on a huge terrace. The landlords gave us a very warm reception with local culinary delicacies, how nice! Since the friendly neighbor speaks German very well, we also received tips on buying local products.

Almost every day, the landlords would stop by to clean the pool and see if we needed anything. We were also invited to a very tasty meal and had a cozy evening together. It's got everything you need, from towels, bed linen, kitchen linen, sinks and detergent, just perfect!

We can always recommend this beautiful holiday home and thank you once again for your hospitality, which has absolutely exceeded our expectations.

Very nice villa with pool and super nice landlords. With a large TV with Netflix and YouTube premium, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, induction cooker and oven, pans + pots + crockery and cutlery, in short with everything you need for a wonderful, quiet and relaxing holiday.

We were even invited to a delicious dinner with the hosts with very nice and informative conversations in German. For the small children there is a playground next to the parking lot. It was our third and best vacation in Croatia, especially in terms of hospitality. We would like to come again.

The holiday home was renovated in 2021, so the furnishings and fitting of the house are new and well maintained. The house is spotlessly clean, the beautiful pool is cleaned every other morning. There's a very practical barbecue outside. There is a private car park right next to the house and a basketball court.

The property is protected by a wall and from the pool you have a magnificent, unobstructed view of the lands and olive groves to the west. The hosts live next door and are absolutely friendly and always very helpful.

I don't think you can imagine a friendlier landlord. Shopping, bakery and barbecue are nearby, and Krka National Park and the sea can be reached quickly via picturesque country roads. The house is a perfect summer retreat to work in the home office, the internet connection was very good, so it was also possible to participate in telephone conferences without problems.

A fantastic place for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle. Peaceful surroundings, black sky with thousands of stars - not available on the busy coast. 20 minutes drive to the sea beaches and the same distance to the beautiful cities of Šibenik or Vodice. Only a short distance to Zadar. But it all adds up to a wonderful blend of relaxation, history and summer vibes. The hosts are a treasure. They welcome you with local snacks and wine, and during your stay they offer homemade delicacies in the evening of your choice. A perfect place for 2 couples or a family with 2-3 children with guaranteed intimacy. It is recommended.

We - Manfred, Rosi and Felix from Fürstenfeld - spent 10 nights on holiday with Branka and Josef. Excellent accommodation, great welcome with a Croatian snack, homemade wine and schnapps. The welcome was extremely warm. We were really spoiled, the pool was cleaned every 2 days. The house has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is also very well equipped. The house was extremely clean. The complex is well located, no view when you are lying by the pool, also very quiet. Definitely recommended. Great restaurants a few kilometers away.

5 out of 5 Vila Grandfathers Courtyard is simply fantastic. We immediately felt very comfortable. The very clean, modernly furnished holiday home in old walls and the really large pool is second to none. The evenings under the roof with a wonderful view of the olive trees will remain in our memories for a long time. The landlords are incredibly nice - unobtrusive hospitality, as it should be. We also really liked the town of Stankovci - quiet, but not boring and a central starting point for many activities and day trips. Returning to "our" farm afterwards was always like coming home. Thank you for a great vacation!!

We really enjoyed our stay on July 20, 2024. 5 out of 5 We had the great pleasure of spending our vacation in this really beautiful holiday home and can only warmly recommend it! The house is practically as new and extremely modern - and super clean. You really feel like you are the first guest ever. The lovingly furnished house is particularly worth mentioning. There are even original art prints on the walls, and not cheap replicas from Ikea. This gives the house a very special atmosphere. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and even found food, tomatoes from the adjacent garden and homemade wine - a particularly great service if you don't want to go shopping after a long day in the car. The air conditioning in all rooms provided a pleasant cooling effect on hot days, and the pool, which is cleaned every two days, was always in perfect condition. What was particularly pleasant was that the entire complex is walled in and the pool is not visible from the outside, so you can relax undisturbed. You also don't have to worry about anything getting lost.The house is ideal for 4 people, but there is also room for 5 or 6 people if someone sleeps in the living room. The two bathrooms are particularly practical, which is ideal if you are traveling with several people.The location of the house is perfect: it is very quiet and cities such as Zadar or Split are easy to reach by car. There are shops in the town, but it is worth driving about 20 km to the nearest large supermarket to have a larger selection.Another plus point: At the end of the stay there was no petty billing - electricity and all other additional costs were included. We broke three glasses during our stay, but that was not a problem at all. The hostess waved this off with a smile.We really enjoyed it and we will definitely come back!

In June we were lucky enough to spend a wonderful and relaxing holiday at Villa Djedova avlija in Stankovci. The location is perfect for anyone looking for peace and relaxation. Shops and small restaurants are located in the village, so you will easily reach everything you need. The entire complex is extremely well maintained and designed with great attention to detail. The villa itself is impressive – spacious, stylishly furnished, equipped with a large swimming pool, a charcoal grill and a comfortable seating area. It has absolutely everything you need for a pleasant stay: towels, bed linen, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products... – the accommodation is perfectly prepared. Both the villa and the pool exactly match the impressions shown in the pictures. They give an authentic insight into the actual equipment and condition of the accommodation. Brankica visited us every other day to clean the pool and ensure its cleanliness, for which we sincerely thank her. We were greeted with apple strudel, bacon and cheese platter, and wine and liqueur – a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable. When we asked if there was any wine to buy, Brankica even got us a few extra bottles. We can wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful villa and would like to take this opportunity to thank Brankica and Jakov once again for their warm hospitality. We felt right at home and had an unforgettable holiday. Our clear recommendation: 100% recommend!

We have nothing but praise, the hosts are wonderful people, warm, kind...they welcomed us nicely with a welcome drink and appetizers and local products, they are at your service all the time. The villa delighted us, very nicely decorated, clean and tidy, the hosts took care of even the smallest detail. The pool is beautiful, the view of nature and olive groves is relaxing, peace and quiet like in paradise. The price is affordable...everything is a ten!
